Berry Salad Dressing

Berry Salad Dressing
1/3 cup olive oil, extra virgin 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar* 2 tbsp water 1 tbsp raw honey or maple syrup 1/2 tsp himalayan pink salt Ground black pepper, to taste 1/2 heaping cup berries, fresh or frozen**
In a food processor or high speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Storage Instructions: Refrigerate in a glass airtight container for up to 2-3 weeks. Notes *White wine or balsamic vinegar would work. **I used a frozen mix of strawberries, blueberries, cherries and raspberries.
