Best Ever Cheesecake Recipe

This is the best cheesecake recipe I have ever had!
Base-
300g biscuits (I use half digestive half ginger) 
Melted butter 
Filling-
400g melted white chocolate 
150ml double cream 
300g Philadelphia cheese
250g Mascarpone cheese

150ml double cream
300g Philadelphia cheese
250g Mascarpone cheese
-Crush up biscuits and add melted butter (more butter the harder the base)
-pat into cake tin and leave in the fridge to cool
-Combine the 2 cheeses and the cream together in a bowl and add the melted chocolate until fully combined 
-Pour over biscuit base and leave to set over night 
-Enjoy!
