Best Mini Oreo Cheesecakes!

Put whole Oreos in muffin liners (in muffin tin) mix 500g of cream cheese with 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tbs of vanilla. Spoon over Oreos, crumble additional Oreos on top for garnish and bake on 400 for 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Chill and serve! :)
