Best Pasta Ever

Ingredients : 4 spicy sausages casings removed 1 bag of fresh spinach leaves 1 can crushed tomatoes 4 cloves garlic minced 1/4 cup dry white wine Pasta noodles of choice In a large saucepan add sausage. Break it up as it cooks. Once cooked add garlic. Add white wine. Cook down a few minutes. Add tomatoes. Add spinach. Once spinach is cooked down add cooked pasta noodles. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese
