Bigger breast in less than a week

Drink plenty of milk!!
I usually drink on glass in the morning and one before i go to bed and through out the day I drink water.
STAY AWAY FROM SUGARS AND PROCESSED FOOD.
This is extrememly helpful not only for your breast but to you health as well! I also noticed I began to lose a little weight. Big boobs flat stomach? sounds good right?

Massage your breast for 10-15 minutes a day. I use lotion when I do it to help firm them. I use "Nivea firming lotion".

SLEEP ON YOUR BACK!
Not on your side or on your stomach. I love sleeping on my stomach! but if you sleep on your stomach your pushing down on them so your keeping them from growing.

WEAR A BRA!
All the time! you boobs need that sort of support. I wear a pushup bra after im done massaging them and when im going to sleep as well.

I also have been eating plenty of chicken, wheat and dairy products.

There's such thing as the slapping method which I've been told works. Basically you slap your breasts (not too hard) but you slap them for about 5 minutes after your done massaging them.

All these things are what I have been doing for the past week. I have tried everything and I got frustrated when I wouldnt see results immediately. These things definately help. It's been a week and they already look bigger, more rouder and firmer. I will be posting before and after pictures after a month.
