The Blue Hawaiian is a very popular tropical cocktail. If you've never had one or are just turning 21 you have to try this!!!
(makes one drink)
1 oz light rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz blue curacao
1 oz creme de coconut
1 cherry
1 pineapple slice
Blend the ingredients together
Pour into a highball glass
Garnish with maraschino cherry and pineapple slice
