Blueberry Cheesecake

Blueberry Cheesecake
Ingredients: •3 tbsp butter,cut into piece •2 tbsp chopped walnut •1/4 cup b-sugar •1/4 cup old fashioned oat •1/3 cup all purpose flour Sauce •1 1/2 cup blueberrie •1/3 cup raspberry jam Filling 1 egg 2 pkg cream cheese 1 tbsp lemon juice 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel 1/4 cup sour cream 1/2 cup sugar
Directions: •Mix together walnuts, oats, flour and brown sugar in food processor until well combined. Add the butter, then keep pulsing until mixture looks crumbled. •Place mixture in the bottom of a 8 inch baking pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
•Mix together filling ingredients in food processor until well combined. Pour mix over the crust and bake for another 10 to 12 minutes.Place in fridge for 90 min •Softened jam by heating it up in microwave for 10 seconds, then slowly mix in the blueberries. Place blueberry sauce over cake and serve.
