Cake Ingredients: 1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder 1/4 Teaspoon Salt 1 Stick Butter 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheeseยฎ 2/3 Cups Granulated Sugar 2 Eggs 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract 2 Tablespoons Lime Zest 1 Cup Blueberries
Philadelphia Cream Cheeseยฎ Frosting Ingredients: 4 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese 4 Tablespoons Butter 1 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Cake Directions: 1. Preheat Oven To 350 Degrees. 2. Butter 9x5 Loaf Pan, Cover With Parchment, & Butter The Parchment. Set Aside. 3. In a medium bowl, Whisk together Flour, Baking Powder & Salt. .....................................................
4. In Stand Mixer, Beat Cream Cheese, Butter, & Sugar Until Light. Add Eggs one at a Time. Add Vanilla Extract & Lime Zest. Fold Flour Mixture Until Completely Mixed. 5. Fold In Blueberries. 6. Transfer Batter To Pan. Cook 55-65 Minutes. Cool for 30 Minutes, & Remove Cake From the Pan.
Frosting Directions: 1. In a Large Bowl, Cream Butter & Cream Cheese Until Smooth. 2. Add in Powdered Sugar 3. Beat In Vanilla Extract. 4. Carefully Frost the Pound Cake & Store in the Fridge Until Ready. ..................................................
