By doing this challenge you will definitely get a bigger,lifted butt.You will also lose about 20lbs and inches will come of your waist


To train your medius muscle I recommend jumping jacks.These are easy to do and will get your cardio done,too.
Reps:300+ you can rest between reps but u have to start it back when u left

To train your maximus you have to do Lunges.This is the ultimate exercise which will make your butt bigger,so do 100 each leg,and this time ''less is more'' doesn't count.(so if you can do more than 100,increase your reps)

To train your minimus you have to do squats.Squats will lift your butt,and for faster results you can add weights just as in the photo,or you can do without them.

Rest 2 days a week.And don't forget after u finish this calendar you have to do it all over again.
