Breakfast Crescent Pizza
1 (12 ounce) can Grands Big & Buttery Crescent Rolls 8 ounces pork sausage, cooked or half a pound package 1 cup pepperoni slices 4 eggs 1 (4 ounce) can mushroom pieces, drained 1/2 cup chopped green pepper 1/2 cup chopped onion 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or oregano 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chilis, drained 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Breakfast Crescent Pizza
Brown pork sausage in a skillet on top of the stove, drain and set aside. Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Roll out the crescent rolls on the bottom of the baking dish pinching together the seams and spreading up each end and along the sides of the dish. In a bowl whisk together the eggs, mushroom pieces, green pepper, onion, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and tomatoes. Pour over the crescent rolls.
Sprinkle on the cooked sausage, add the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes until tests done. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Enjoy! Note: You could substitute or combine other meats such as ham or bacon but we think this is perfect just the way it is.
