Breakfast Cupcake

Mix together eggs , bacon (cooked) ,cheese and what ever you like in your eggs in a bowl. Pour in a lined or greased muffin tin. Varying on the size , roughly less then one egg will fit per muffin bowl.

Bake at 350 for about 15-20 min and you've got a little breakfast cupcake. They taste great and they can last in the freezer for about a week.
