CITRUS HERB ROAST CHICKEN

Roast Chicken with a Citrus Herb Marinade
8 leg and thigh pieces
½ cup orange juice
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
¼ tsp cumin
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 1/2 tsp salt
¼ cup cilantro
½ tsp dried oregano
Place all ingredients in a large resealable bag and refrigerate overnight. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove chicken from the marinade and place on a baking pan; discard the marinade. Place in preheated oven and bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
