This big canister of coconut oil is anywhere from $8-$12 dollars & it will last you a long time! I use this one personally & I have tried all types of different brands. You can get this in any grocery store on baking isle.

Rub in hands to soften solid to liquid substance.Apply to dry hair until the hair is saturated.Leave on 30 minutes- over night for a silky smooth finish.You will shampoo twice. Sometimes I condition after shampoo, but normally don't need following this conditioning method. Hope this helps

These are great to use, but may be a little pricier than the LouAnnes. You will find this in organic section of grocery or in a specialty food store.

You can use a very small amount just on VERY POROUS ends to smooth & bring back to life. I would work through hands & blot hands before applying to the ends. You can use the coconut oil as often as daily or as minimal as weekly to see visible results.
