Cake Mix Pancakes!!! So Easy!

I used carrot this time- though I have tried others too! We top the carrot with either a lighter cream cheese frosting or crushed pecans and syrup- recipes and directions for ANY cake mix pancake follow
Simply use any cake mix, 2.5 cups milk
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup oil
Two eggs.
Makes about 17-18 pancakes
