Can't Sleep?
Are you a major insomniac? These tips have helped me get through any sleepless night. Continue on my friend and unlock the powers to sleep
My first tip to you is to look up asmr videos. Now I'm sure many of you have never heard of them but just trust me. They've been helping me sleep for years! When you first look them up, you'll think I'm crazy but just watch one and feel the relaxation sink it. (They can be found on YouTube)
Try sleeping on your right side. You fall asleep faster by laying on that side.
Spray some lavender oil on your pillow before bed. The aroma therapy will soothe you to sleep almost instantly
Do some yoga or meditation ten minutes before bed. This calms your mind and body and stretches you out so you don't toss and turn
Still having trouble sleeping? Drink some warm green tea with no sugar. Green tea has a natural soothing quality. So does chamomile tea. Don't like tea? Try a glass of warm milk. It's very relaxing. Why do you think babies do it?
And after all that is still not working, talk to your doctor. There could be a different underlying issue with your health. I recommend taking melatonin tablets. They're natural and are harmless but help you to fall asleep! Always check with a health care physician before trying anything new though.
