Ingredients:
Apples (Granny Smith Apples shown in pic)
Sugar
Red Food Coloring
Light Corn Syrup
Chocolate Melts(discs)
Caramel Pieces
Assorted Toppings
Candy Thermometer
Pot
Pan
Parchment Paper
Non-Stick Spray
Apples (Granny Smith Apples shown in pic)
Sugar
Red Food Coloring
Light Corn Syrup
Chocolate Melts(discs)
Caramel Pieces
Assorted Toppings
Candy Thermometer
Pot
Pan
Parchment Paper
Non-Stick Spray

Wooden Sticks or Popsicle Sticks

Pan with parchment paper


Remove stem from apple.

Place apples in hot water for a few minutes to remove wax.

Place wooden stick halfway into apple





Stir


Use a candy thermometer for exact temperature reading

Spray parchment paper with non-stick spray








Place in microwave and heat at 30 second intervals

Prepare what items you want to coat apples with (i.e peanuts, candy, coconut, etc)







Melt candy discs
