Caramel Apple Nachos

Ingredients: two green granny smith apples, cored and sliced 5 oz. caramel 1 teaspoon water 1/4 cup chopped peanuts 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Directions: 1. Unwrap caramels. Place in a saucepan with one teaspoon of water over medium low heat. Stir constantly until caramels are melted. 2. Drizzle melted caramel over sliced apples. 3. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts and mini chocolate chips.
