Ceviche

Delicious Shrimp & Tilapia Ceviche👍👍👍
Ingredients. Serves 10 ppl
🔹4 lbs uncooked shrimp ( any size ) diced
🔹1 bag of tilapia ( u can find it at ur local grocery store frozen seafood aisle) cut into squares
🔹1 medium cucumber finely diced
🔹1 purple onion finely diced
🔹2 jalapeños finely dices or 1 depends on spiciness
🔹3 roman tomatoes cut in to small sizes squares
🔹about 30 limes or lemons
🔹salt
🔹avocado
🔸Cut tilapia and shrimp into bite sizes about 1/4 of an inch thick
🔹put in large bowl
🔹add lemon juice
🔸add jalapeños, onion, cucumber ,tomatoes and lemon juice... Make sure lemon juice cover ceviche
🔹salt to taste
🔸leave in fridge 4-6 hours or over night
🔶🔷for individual servings u can use mason jars for each of ur guests
Once done enjoy with Crackers or chips you can accompany wit mayo( preferably Tapatio hot sauce) for taste and or mayo ( preferably mccormick) top it wit avocado and enjoy👍✨
