Cheap and Easy way to have Eyeliner of any Colour using Pencil Crayons!!!

All you will need is a pencil crayon of any color, a cup of hot water and a paper towel.

Make sure your pencil crayon is sharp and then place in the hot water. Wait 3 minutes and gently pat dry. Test a little on your hand to see if it applies easily. If it doesnt apply well, place it back in the water for a little longer.

Line your eyes. You may have to apply a couple coats. Wait for each coat to dry before applying another coat.

And this is the final result! Sorry you cant see the blue too well because of the poor lighting but you get the idea!
