Ingredients list Half a cup of almonds 2 cups of oats Half a cup of dark chocolate chips Honey Peanut butter A cup of ground seeds(linseed,sunflower,pumpkin) Method Mix ingredients all together and bind. Roll into calls and place into the fridge.
