Cheesy Meatloaf Minis Recipe 😋

Meatloaf may have been your mom or grandma's recipe, but this is a new modern take on the classic meatloaf! LOOOOVE THIS RECIPE! It has been an incredible hit with everyone who has tried it at my place! It makes me feel like I'm on a cooking show too throwing in all these fun ingredients! The recipe calls for "browning breadcrumbs"... I used to do that, but who has time really!? So, just throw the ingredients all in a big mixing bowl, shape into little rectangles, lay on a broiler pan, and paint a little ketchup on top! Ta Da! Amazing meatloaf!
