Chia Lemonade

Chia seeds are rich in fatty acids and omega-3. ideal for reducing inflammation in the arteries and keep blood pumping.chia seeds are also rich in protein, fiber, iron zinc. (good for testosterone.) this combination is good for increasing resistance.
Recipe:
Leave 2 or 3 tablespoons of chia soak in a bowl with water for 2 or 3 hours. seeds will loosen a gelatin. Squeeze 10 lemon juice.Sweeten with Splenda or agave honey gather seeds, gelatin, lemon juice & sugar. Complete w/water 1.5 liters
In Summer can be prepared as frappe. Its delicious.
