Chicken Alfredo Or Spaghetti Casserole

Grill up your pound of meat, chicken or beef, whatever you prefer. I would suggest chicken for Alfredo or ground beef for spaghetti.
I use half pound of sage sausage and half pound of hamburger meat. The sage sausage give it a more Italian taste!
Flavor the meat with parsley leaves & garlic powder

Be boiling your noodles in the mean time while your cooking your meat.
To avoid sticky noodles, add a cap full of cooking oil (we used olive oil because it's healthier) or a table spoon of butter. Followed by a couple of pinches of salt to your water prior to putting the noodles in.

Put half of your noodles over the cheese that layers the bottom of your pan.

Add half of your meat and half of the sauce you plan to use for your pasta. (You can sprinkle more cheese atop the sauce if you'd like).

Repeat the process with the rest of your noodles, meat, and sauce. I'd suggest topping it off with a lot of cheese. Be sure to get the edges so it melts down into the sides.

Put it in the oven for 5 mins at 390 degrees Fahrenheit, and then it's ready to serve! It's super delicious!
