Chocolate Chip Muffin Recipe.

Products Needed:
1. Muffin Pan. They come in different sizes, so first choose how big you want to make your muffins. I prefer the big ones!
2. All Purpose Baking Mix
3. Sugar
4. 1 Egg
5. Vegetable Oil
6. Milk
7. Chocolate Chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400.
2. Measure 1/3 cup of sugar, 1 egg, 2/3 a cup of milk, & 2 TBSP of vegetable oil. Stir all of that together in a bowl until blended.
3. Add 2 Cups of baking mix and stir in.
4. Pour the mix into the muffin pan.
5. Add as many chocolate chips as you'd like to each muffin. I suggest pushing them around with a fork to get them all through the entire muffin.
6. Bake the muffins for 10-20 minutes depending on your oven. They should be a golden brown when they're all done.
7. Take them out to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
*TIP* I like to add more chocolate chips to each muffin when they're about halfway done just on the top, so that there's some on top of the muffin as well as all through it when they're done.
You can also use this same recipe as a guide to make other kinds of muffins, such as apple or blueberry. Enjoy! π
