Metal hooks are so dangerous for young children. Every year thousands of kids end up in the hospital from swallowing these & need surgery to remove them, we can't have eyes on our kids every minute & accidents can happen, how can you stop this? Use sewing thread as seen in the next photo

Not only is this safer but it looks nicer on your tree, the ornaments hang nicer and you don't have to re-hook your ornaments every year because the thread will still be there and does not have to be removed
