Clean Healthy Zuchinni Slice! Great Snack Or Lunch Packed Full Of Protein!!

This is a fav of mine. If you are wanting to lose weight this a healthy alternative snack. Eat hot or cold, packed full of goodness and just delicious!! When I make it I use only egg whites only but leaving the yolks in is fine too!! I'll often add a little finely diced red capsicum also. ENJOY!!!

Zucchini Slice Ingredients 2 large zucchini's grated 1 large carrot grated 1 onion thinly sliced 5 short cut bacon rashes (all fat removed) Half cup almond meal 1tsp paprika 1tsp mixed spice 5 eggs Pepper to taste
Method Add zucchini carrot spices and almond meal to a large bowl Sautée onions and bacon then add to the mix Whisk eggs well then add to the mix. Stir altogether until well combined Pour into a slice tray sprayed with olive oil &cook in oven @180degrees for 30-40mins. Mine took a little longer.
