This is the smartest way I have seen to make glow cups. Use two clear cups stacked inside each other. In between the cups use the bracelet glow stick. Then just add your beverage.

GLOW BUBBLES:
Mix equal parts, glow paint and bubbles. Mix and apply light. Blow and enjoy!

Another simpler way for glow bubbles but will fade after time.
