Cosmopolitan jelly shot

You will need: 240 ml cranberry juice cocktail 240 ml orange flavored vodka 60 ml cup lime juice 60 ml Cointreau or Triple Sec 2 ½ sachets gelatine Lime zest for garnish, if desired.

In a saucepan, sprinkle cranberry and lime juices with gelatine. Allow to soak for a few minutes. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until gelatine is fully incorporate. Pour into pan or molds, and chill until set, several hours or overnight. Cut into desired shapes to serve and garnish with the lime
