Ingredients for Torillas: 1 cup cooked chicken breast 3 oz cream cheese 1 tbsp chopped onion 1/4 cup bell peppers (any color you wish) 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp white or black pepper 1 tbsp butter 6 small flour tortillas

1) Melt the one tablespoon of butter in a medium skillet over low heat. Add onion, garlic and bell peppers. Saute until onion is tender. Remove from heat and set aside. 2) Mix the chicken, cream cheese, bacon and the sautéed pepper & onion in a bowl. Add salt & pepper to taste.
3) Spray a shallow 1.5 quart pan with non-stick spray. An 11 x 7-inch pan would work well too. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

4) Place about 1/4 cup of the filling in each tortilla, roll up and place in prepared pan, seam side down. 5) To make the sauce, melt butter in a pot. Add the milk and simmer. Once hot, mix in the cheese and stir until smooth. Take off the heat and stir in the sour cream.
6) Pour sauce over the rolls and bake for 30 minutes.
