DELICIOUS SOFT CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

Delicious soft chocolate chip cookies
Bake : 325* for 12 minutes

Ingredients :

2 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups light pack brown sugar
1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 tsp and 1/4 tsp of baking soda
1 1/2 cup butter
2 large eggs
1tsp vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

method : Preheat oven 325 1. In a mixing bowl add in the butter , brown sugar and white sugar. With a hand mixer or a stand up mixer with a paddle , cream the ingredients together until creamy and fluffy. 2. Add in each egg one by one until the eggs are well mix and add vanila extract

3. In a separate bowl add the flour , salt and baking powdered and slowly adding it to the wet ingredients. DONT OVER BEAT OR MIX BATTER OR YOUR COOKIES WILL BE CHEWY AND HARD! make sure all ingredients are mixed 4. Fold chocolate chip cookies

Place on a non stick baking sheet pan to the portion size you desire in the oven for 12minutes at 325 until nice and golden brown let them cool once their done and enjoy :) great with milk Durh! LOL and great in making ice cream sandwiches :)
