DIY Acid Reflux Smoothie!?!?

I don't get acid reflux very oftern, but some of my family members do. I came across this recipe and thought I'd share. Apparently you can also loose weight with this smoothie too!
Acid Reflux Smoothie
Ingredients:
1&1/2 cups diced fresh pineapple
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup pineapple juice or water
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend to the consistency of a smoothie.
