Make a refreshing therapeutic mist that adds a relaxing effect while infusing a fresh natural smell.
The aromatherapy sleeping mist is easy to make and smells wonderful.
You need;
2 tbsp of witch hazel
10 drops of Chamomile oil
10 drops of lavender oil
Mix everything and pour into a spray bottle.
Before getting into bed, spray the mist on your body, pillows or even around the bedroom.
While chamomile helps to calm lavender helps to soothe the senses.
The calming aroma will help you relax and aid a peaceful night’s beauty sleep.
