DIY Body Wrap

Are you lazy but want to be thin? I am, so I thought I'd give this DIY body wrap a try. Honestly, I was skeptical, but the results were so amazing, I would do it again in a heartbeat!

First, take about a quarter size of both vitamin E oil and a lotion. Mix them together and apply liberally to your stomach and back.

Next, wrap your torso with glad wrap.

Then, while sucking in your stomach, tightly wrap self-adhesive athletic wrap around your midsection. You'll have to remain unmoving for at least 45 minutes so I suggest using the bathroom before you do this step.

Next, relax! I spent my next 45 minutes watching my favorite tv show ;)
I would also recommend, if you have it, to lay on a heated mattress or underneath a heated blanket.
You can keep this on for as long as you like. I'm planning on sleeping overnight with a wrap next!
