First get the colour pencils you would like ❤️
Boil the kettle and pour the hot water into the glass and then put the pencil in the hot water leave it for about 5minutes
Test it out on your hand 💅🏽
And Taaaa Daaa you very own eyeliner ♥️
It also makes a good lip liner 💄
