What You'll Need: Measuring Cup Water Nail Polish Of Your Choice Glow In The Dark Stick Baking Soda (1/8 Teaspoon)

Step 1: Fill the Measuring Cup with Water Step 2: Take The Nail Polish, and Add 5-10 Drops to the Water Step 3: Carefully Cut the Glow Stick in Half (Same color as the Nail Polish), Add the Glow Stick Liquid into the Measuring Cup, along with the Water and Nail Polish.

Step 4: Carefully & Slowly!!! Mix in Baking Soda Step 5: Leave the Measuring Cup in the Freezer Overnight. Step 6: Take out the Following Day, and let the mixture Melt together. Step 7: Apply & Enjoy!
