DIY HALLOWEEN SCARE! SO SIMPLE!

Simple craft to do on a budget for Halloween decorations or even just to scare people year round for fun! LOL

Just simply cut your desired eye shape out of an old roll of toilet paper and put some glow sticks inside!! If you prefer you can cover the edges with black construction paper so the glow stays in and it's more realistic. Hide it in the bushes for joggers or around the yard for the holidays! Enjoy!
