DIY Natural Detox BATH SALT | Rosemary Chamomile

It can be especially beneficial to your baths when you add detox bath salts that help to remove toxins + promote peaceful sleep. This all-natural Rosemary Chamomile Detox Bath recipe uses simple ingredients to prepare an inexpensive but luxurious detox bath.

Epsom salt baths are my favorite way to naturally increase magnesium levels. They are a de-stressing ritual at the end of the day + can feel like a high-end spa treatment with the right ingredients.




* 2 cups of Epsom Salt (UNSCENTED)* ½ cup Baking Soda* 10 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil* 2 Chamomile tea bags (100% chamomile)* ¼ cup dried rosemary (OPTIONAL)

INSTRUCTIONS | 1. Mix rosemary essential oil into the Epsom salt.2. Empty tea bags and crush rosemary into fine pieces.3. Stir all ingredients together.4. You may make several batches at once and store in an airtight jar.

TO PREPARE | Fill tub with hot water. Add 2.5 cups Rosemary Chamomile Detox Bath Salts + soak for 20-30 minutes. Add music, candles, a good book or an interesting podcast to make bath time more enjoyable. Make sure to have a cold glass of drinking water within reach to re-hydrate during the bath.
