Instructions Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and pudding. Set aside. Cream together the sugars, butter, and shortening in the bowl of an electric mixer. Stir in the vanilla, eggs, and dry ingredients until blended. Fold in the chocolate chips.

Form the dough into 1 inch balls and bake for 10 minutes if you want soft cookies, 12 minutes for crunchy.
