EYE TREATMENT
Pour cold whole milk into a bowl; soak two cotton balls in it. Then squeeze out the cotton balls slightly and put one over each eye. I'd suggest a milk bath to, but milk is expensive, so I think it's better to bathe in the tea which is pretty cheap.

HAIR CONDITIONER
1-2 tsp Virgin Coconut Oil (use less for short hair)
1tsp honey
a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
Combine ingredients and put in your hair. You can do this at any point in the bath, but I tend to try to do it earlier rather than later. so I'm not just waiting on my hair.

FACE MASK
Maybe we'll use milk one more time...
½ cup – oatmeal, uncooked
½ cup – water
½ cup – milk
1 tablespoon – pure honey
In a small saucepan over medium heat, cook oatmeal, water, milk and honey for 5-6 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Then apply to face!

NOTE At this point, I'd have my face mask, hair mask and eye soothers all on at once. You can do it any way you'd like! Now blast your favourite tunes and sing your heart out! Singing is good for the soul!
BODY SCRUB
1 cup raw or turbinado sugar (don't worry, it's cheap)
2 tbs coconut oil
1 lime
Simply combine the ingredients and apply to your body. I usually drain my tub and stand, rinsing my face & hair masks out. Then I apply shampoo to my hair and scrub my body.

Allow to steep overnight. The concoction will fit 4 vials. Pour into each vial and leave one lemon peel in each. It's mainly just a brightener, but I love it! I hope you do to!
