Dark Chocolate Coconut Raspberry Smoothie
Ingredients ice (5-6 cubes 1 container (6-7oz) greek yogurt (plain, vanilla, or coconut) 1/2 cup frozen raspberries 1/3 cup dark chocolate, chopped (you can also use semi-sweet chocolate chips) 3 tbsp unsweetened, shredded coconut (I love "Let's Do...Organic" Reduced Fat Unsweetened) 1/2 cup almond milk 2 tbsp honey
Instructions Simply add ingredients to blender.Blend to desired consistency.Serve and enjoy immediately!
Notes This smoothie can be totally customized to suit your personal taste. Add more ice for a thicker, shake-like smoothie. Adjust the amount of honey (or sweetener of your choice) depending on desired level of sweetness. (The flavor of yogurt you choose will also affect sweetness.)
