Detox Bath

Set aside at least 40 minutes a week for a detox bath.
Start by filling a bathtub up with warm or hot water.
Add 1-2 cups of Epsom salt, 2 Tbsp of baking soda and 3-5 tea bags (green, mint or chamomile)
You may also choose to add essential oils such as lavender to your bath.
Keep a bottle of cold water by the tub invase you get hot.
By doing this you allow your body to release toxins and relax. It clears thing such as dead skin and allows time for thinking
