Loossing weight is a challenge for nearly everybody , its never instant but here are some tips on how to speed it up!

If you are trying to loose weight , join the gym or go for a run or even a long walk will help , exercise is important in loosing weight .

Eat three meals a day with some snacks or pieces of fruit . Try and drink smoothies or green tea daily and drink as much water as you can .
Set a target date and a weight goal so you have something to work towards .
