1. At the be our guest restraint in Disney land there is a secret dessert that's not the menu called " the grey stuff". You have to ask the waiters for it. In the song from the original movie it hints the secret dessert..."the grey stuff is delicious. Don't believe me? Ask the dishes!"
2. When the pirates of the Caribbean ride was first being built, the engineers were rather unimpressed with the fake skeletons. With the help of the UCLA medical school they got real human skeletons place around the ride. Most if them are removed now, but the skull and cross bones in the headboard are real.
3. On the signage for animal kingdom in Disney a dragon can be seen on the sign. The attraction was originally going to be named the beastly kingdom, dedicated to mythical creatures.
4. When the park first opens, go to the main street station and ask for a seat on the Lilly Belle train cart. The luxurious train cart was named after ealts wife and the seats are limited!
5. On the second floor of the firehouse on main street there is a secret apartment where Walt sat with his wife and children.
6. Also in the firehouse on main street the lamp was originally turned off, but now stays lit because Walts spirit is always in the park.
7. Epcot was originally going to 20,000 homes for residents to live in the parks. This diatoms can be displayed in the "People mover" ride.
8. In the Cinderella castle there is a secret suit that cannot be booked. You can only stay in it if you win the competition.
9. Look down when you are in line at the haunted mansion and you might see a wedding ring embedded into the concrete. It is believed to belong the the hanging bride on the ride.
10. You can ask for a free map at the jungle cruise for a little keepsake.
