Can buying eyeshadow primer be expensive yes it can so I looked up a ton of ideas on how to make eyeshadow primer and this is the best one that I created out of two tips All you need is Lotion unscented and white (so it doesn't cause irritation) Or white moisturizer also unscented And foundation liquid or powder of any color

Just mix in 2 pumps or around that much of powder foundation And add a dime size amount of lotion or moisture Mix them together If you think it's to thick add a little bit of more liquid foundation Or if it's to runny add some more lotion
