First is a bath.π I use this because the lavender is relaxing, the chamomile is calming, & the menthol has a cooling effect. It also has Epsom salt & sea salt. You can use a different one or make a bath soak.β‘οΈ
Homemade bath soak:
β’A handful of Epsom salts.
β’1/2 cup of baking soda.
β’10 drops of essential oil. (Ex: lavender, chamomile, peppermint)

Before you get into your bath, put a face mask on your face. I use this one but you can use whatever you like.

Before you get into your bath, you can also make some tea. Chamomile is great for this because it is calming.

Light some candles & sit in your bath for as long as you want.π
After you get out of the bath & rinse your face mask off, (I usually make a smoothie, because the bath is a detox bath) you can paint your nails. If you would like, you can do a hair mask also. You can do this before you get in the bath & rinse it before you get out, or do it when you're done & do some other things while its in your hair & then rinse it. I use a simple hair mask of coconut oil, but you can do whatever you like. I put coconut oil all over my hair & then blow dry it for about 10 minutes.
You can do whatever else you would like. This is just what I do. Have funπ
