If you’re used to applying eye liner, this look should be a breeze to apply! Apply a thick layer of bright blue liner along the upper lash line from the inner corner to outer corner of both eyes. Use a fine point eye liner brush like MAC 209 Eyeliner Brush and a gel pot liner like NARS Eye Paint in Solomon Islands to maintain maximum control over the look. Use a q-tip or concealer brush dipped in makeup remover to fix any mistakes. Pair this look with natural lips and light-coverage foundation.

To get this look, apply eye shadow primer all over your eyelid. Then, use your flat shader brush to apply the darker shade of blue all-over your eyelid. From there, use your blending brush to apply the lighter shade of blue in the crease moving upwards towards your brow bone. With the same blender brush, blend the darker and lighter blue shades where they meet so the change between light and dark color is subtle. To complete the look, use your pencil shadow brush to apply the lighter shade under your eyes right along your lower lash line. Apply a highlighting shimmer for extra glam.

To get the look in real life, apply eyeshadow primer to your eyelid and surrounding area and then apply a matte blue eyeshadow at the inner corner of your eye and moving upwards along the ridge of your nose. Slowly start to fill and blend the color into the inner eye area with the blue shadow, but stop right before the middle of your eye. Then, apply a matte white or highlighter shade to the rest of your lid and eye area. Using a blending brush, gently blend the ends of the blue shadow where it meets with the highlighter shadow.
