mascara is one of the most dangerous makeup. If mascara has been left on while you have went to bed, it may cause eye irritation and eye infection. This is why it is so important to make sure all mascara has been removed from your eyes before you go to sleep.

Sleeping with makeup can be hash to your skin. It can lead up to clog pores and can cause breakouts. To prevent this, before you go to sleep use a skin loving product e.g. simple wipes and face wash as it isn't fragranced but has skin loving ingredients.

Sleeping with makeup on can actually age your skin by six days. This doesn't seem many days but as you sleep in it more and more times, more and more days are added to ageing your skin. This is why it is so important to make sure it is all removed.

Use a Morning Face wash to make sure any leftover makeup is removed. Also use a Night time face wash to make sure to! your skin will be allowed to breath.
