Dog Tummy Growling And Eating Grass?

Is your dog's tummy gurgling loud and is also eating grass? It indicates their stomach is upset they will puke have diarhea or both. They probably won't eat because of it too but to help with their tummy problem fix them some white rice chicken or 100 % lean beef with rice or you can do plain rice. With that meal its bland and helps with the stonach gurgling and in sone cases keeps them from vomitting and/or diarhea.
