Don't Drink Water Before Bed

Drinking water before bed gives you a puffier face.
This happens because when you sleep, you lay down, and since you lay down, all of the fluids goes up or stay in your face and then it'll cause a puffier face.
I'm not saying don't drink water at night, just don't drink it an hour before you go to bed.
