Don't Over Bake Those Cupcakes!

Before the final 5 mins of a recipes baking time, check the cakes by pushing a toothpick into the centre of the cupcake. If it comes out with cake mix on, they aren't ready! When the toothpick comes out clean it's ready :) leaving in longer than that will make the cakes dry! :(
